Vaptrix Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Vaptrix purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- All accessories and spare parts (if applicable) must be included
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required
2. Disposable Vape Returns
Disposable vapes are non-returnable unless defective. Defects must be reported within 2 days of delivery. If confirmed, the item will be replaced with the same model only. Vaptrix reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the product is not found to be defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable:
- E-liquids
- Coils, pods, cartridges
- Batteries
- Any item classified as consumable
4. Cosmetic Damage
Any cosmetic damage caused during manufacturing must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Alternative Devices
Alternative devices must be fully cleaned before return. If returned with residue, odor, or media particles, a 15% processing fee will be deducted.
6. Promotional Items
Promotional items are final sale. If defective, only store credit or refund will be issued. If other items from a promotional order are returned, the promotional item must also be returned. Otherwise, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund.
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Vaptrix is not responsible if the customer no longer has access to a prepaid card used for the transaction.
8. Requesting a Return

- Delivery address
- Phone number
- Reason for return
Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds, replacements, or store credit will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

We strive to keep all product information accurate. However, occasional errors may occur. Vaptrix reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies and is not liable for typographical errors.
